When someone invites you to go out, how do you feel? Are you excited to be going out? Or did you actually enjoy the pandemic as an excuse to say no to certain invitations?
What do you do when you’re feeling anxious? Do you take a few deep breaths to try to calm down? That’s what we’ve been told to do, right? How is that working for you?
