You are wonderful just as you are!
Do you ever look at other women and wish your life was more like theirs?

I get it. I used to look at other women and wish I could be more like them. More confident, healthier, happier, more organised, and so much more …
But then, quite a few years ago, I said that to a confident-looking friend. And guess what she said to me: “We’re all faking it!”
And as I’ve had conversations with hundreds of people, as retreat leader, facilitator and coach, guess what I discovered: Every woman I have an honest chat with admits that their life is not as perfect as it looks on the outside.
I’ve come to see that most of us are doing the best we can, with the hand that life has dealt us. I think there is no blame – only congratulations for making it this far and well done for all the effort you’ve made along the way!
I believe that you are the way you are today because of a mixture of your gifts and abilities on one hand, and your experiences and education on the other.
And the great news in that is that you can change how you experience life by choosing to embrace experiences and courses and coaching which will equip you with new insights and skills, so you can live differently.
So, here are my hot tips for today:
Firstly, I encourage you to celebrate you today! Be kind and compassionate to yourself. You are doing great. Know that the little choices you make today can make your tomorrow better and better.
Secondly, I encourage you to make one tiny choice to make your life better, starting today:
– What’s your greatest frustration? OR What’s the one area in your life which you’d most like to change?
– What is one tiny step you can take, to make that just a teensy bit better?
For example:
Do you often feel stressed or anxious? Why not make one small step to create more calm in your life? Like listening to a relaxation tape, or to my weekend wind down, or just pausing and taking a few long, slow breaths?
Do you feel overwhelmed? Why not start taking one small step to getting a bit more organised? Like tidy one small shelf or drawer.
Does your body feel unhealthy? What’s one tiny thing you could do, or do differently, to get a little bit healthier?
