What message are you giving?

Do you see yourself as shy?

Do you freak out about speaking in a group? Do you see people stand up and present, looking calm, cool and collected and wonder how they do it? Do you wish you could give a presentation with confidence?
There’s nothing wrong with you!

What’s a big mistake some people make, especially on a Friday night?

It’s Friday night. Phew! The weekend is finally here. But I wonder, when you get to the weekend, do you fall into an exhausted heap?
Is your shyness, sensitivity or introversion actually your superpower?

I’ve been a shy, highly sensitive introvert for my whole life. And I’ve always seen these as disadvantages. As problems to fix. How about you?
