HOW DO YOU START YOUR DAY?
Do you ever feel guilty that you don’t have the perfect morning routine?
Do you glance at the list of “shoulds” online and sense everything inside you screaming NOOO!!!! …
I’ve read them too: “Don’t hit the snooze button!” “Take a cold shower!” “Do 20 push-ups as soon as you get up!”
You’ve got to be kidding!
It’s enough to make me pull up the covers and snuggle safely in bed!
Does all that pushy masculine energy shut you down too?
So I wonder how you could create a morning routine which feels cozy and nurturing?
How might you start each morning in a way that warms your heart each day?
How might you do this, so you don’t waste time and energy beating yourself up over your own self-made rules?
I love my morning routine now, because I do it as a way to nurture myself – NOT as a “should”.
I invite you to ponder what you would like to do, just to nurture yourself, your health, your calm, your happiness. I invite you to get playfully curious about the possibilities, and play until you find something that works for you too.
