Can you be a shy, sensitive woman and proud of it?
Can you believe it’s already March 2024?!
In the past year I’ve been caring for my ageing parents (Yes, they’re going well now! Thanks for asking.) and helping to launch a neighbourhood organisation, and now I’m back and announcing that My Joyful Life is officially starting up again!
And over my time off I’ve realised that out of all the women I’ve coached in the past 6+ years, I’m most passionate about supporting women who are shy or sensitive.
Are you a shy woman?
Do you see yourself as sensitive?
Guess what? I’m a shy, sensitive woman – and proud of it!
Yes, if you’re shy or sensitive, I’m here to tell you that there’s nothing wrong with you (despite what society might suggest).
And I know how uncomfortable life can feel if you’re shy. So in this blog, in coming weeks and beyond, I’ll be sharing with you inspiring stories of women just like you, and some small steps and strategies which helped them – to make your shy, sensitive life easier too.
And you don’t have to face this alone anymore! My commitment is to create a safe, cosy community in which we as shy, sensitive women can encourage one another, notice and celebrate our strengths, face our nervous struggles with curiosity and take small, playful steps to create greater calm and confidence.
Want to join our new cosy community? The simplest way is to join our new FB group “The Cosy Community for Shy & Sensitive Women”.
